- Structural Analyst

Responsibilities:
You will bring strong knowledge of stress analysis and hand calculations to help you provide technical support for the aircraft certification program. You will work with Certification Specialists and Designers to review and check structural analysis and help in the preparation of engineering reporting for a Transport Canada Design Approval Organization.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors Degree in Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering in a related discipline or a comparable international education
- Experience in Hand Calculations, and previous experience in Finite Element Analysis an asset.
- General interest in Aviation
- Strong communication skills and the desire to be part of a team.
- Previous experience with drawings and the ability to read them.
- Experience with MS Windows/Office along with knowledge of AutoCad or similar software.
- Experience managing multiple projects and solid report writing skills.
- Previous experience as a client liaison or in project management would be an asset.
- Experience in composite materials is an asset.
- Avionics System Analyst and Designer

Responsibilities:
You have an ability to combine your general interest in Aviation and your training and experience in Avionics and / or electronics design in order to help design and develop avionics and electronic modifications for a Transport Canada Design Approval Organization. You will be able to explore and identify avionics / electronics product development opportunities for ACS-NAI. You will review design data and compliance data provided by the customer, and have the ability to create solutions that will meet the Transport Canada Standards.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors Degree in Aerospace / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (or in a related discipline) or a comparable international education
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record as a designer
- Previous experience with drawings and the ability to read them.
- Experience with MS Windows/Office and AutoCad (or similar design software).
- Ability to manage multiple projects as well as report writing skills.
- Certification Specialist

The Certification Specialist is a member of the Engineering department. The certification specialist’s primary responsibility is to prepare and review documentation related to approval of aircraft modifications.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare certification data packages in accordance with the requirements of the Design Approval Organization manuals.
- Prepare technical reports that document compliance with airworthiness standards.
- Maintain familiarity with airworthiness standards and associated guidance material.
- Coordinate with technical specialists, both internal and external, to acquire the necessary technical data for each project.
- Coordinate with Transport Canada and other airworthiness authorities.
- Transmit data to customers and airworthiness authorities.
- Act as project lead on certification projects.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- Ability to research and understand airworthiness standards, policies, and guidance
